On Memorial Day, I chucked a couple hundred pounds of rotten bananas and cabbages to chickens, duck and turkeys at the Nizich Farm. Nate stacked a bunch of firewood and cleaned out a barn. We moved rabbit cages. We pretended we had a hobby farm in the country. You can read all about it here. Or you can see pictures here.
It was hard work and smelly, but mostly just good to be out in the country.
P.S. While you’re checking your ‘nets, see this terrible mix-up at my alma mater.
