delicious in French?
I don’t know, but can you say cholestérol. 🙂
Did you actually eat such a “dish”? And how would a person go about eating such a delicate looking concoction? 🙂
That is the “Dead Woman” breakfast I referred to! Excellent little French restaurant at Pike’s Place Market, but there was only one egg..
Wow! How do you get so many eggs on top?
They must be quail’s eggs or something… or else that is one big sandwich!
Have to say, it reminds me of the “heart attack between 2 slices of bread” sandwhiches my former boss used to make.
I mean “sandwiches”. Grr… spelling faux pas!
I can’t figure out from the French what kind of “oeufs” they are but they are tiny and the egg shells are a delicate blue on the inside.
Sandwhiches or sandwitches?
